What do I need to purchase a firearm?+

To purchase a firearm you must be legally eligible under federal and Florida law, present a valid government-issued photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and successfully pass the required background check. Additional requirements may apply depending on the firearm type.

Waiting periods, if applicable, are governed by Florida law and local regulations. Timing can vary based on firearm type and individual circumstances. We're happy to explain current requirements in-store.

Firearms may be held or reserved at our discretion, subject to store policy and legal requirements. Please ask in-store for current options.

Yes. If you’re looking for a specific firearm that we don’t currently have in the store, let us know what you’re after.
